- Custom-Made Wigs: These require time to be handcrafted to your specifications. Depending on the style, it may take 2-6 weeks for the wig to be made. Please check the exact processing time for your unit under Wig Specs. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-Ship Wigs:
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on ready-to-ship wigs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The wig must be returned within 14 business days in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with excess lace intact, and no stains or product applied).
