The handcrafting process of braid wigs varies, usually within 15-20 business days for most wigs. Please see the delivery date stated on the product page of each wig, this will also be stated in the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing the details of your order including tracking number. In the event of any delays with shipping, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping address: We do not ship to P.O. Box address. Please ensure to carefully check your delivery address before placing an order. We will not be responsible if you did not receive your order because you provided an incorrect delivery address.
Custom Fees: These fees are charged by the country of delivery. Fees charged, if any, are usually based on the item ordered and total amount of order. Please note that custom fees are additional fees not included in the order and customers are responsible for paying these fees, which are usually charged at the time of delivery.
