- Ready-to-Ship Wigs: These wigs are dispatched within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via our express shipping partners.
- Custom-Made Wigs: These require time to be handcrafted to your specifications. Depending on the style, it may take 2-6 weeks for the wig to be made. Please check the exact processing time for your unit under Wig Specs. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-Ship Wigs:
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on ready-to-ship wigs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The wig must be returned within 14 business days in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with excess lace intact, and no stains or product applied). After inspecting the wig upon return to meet our conditions, a refund will be issued.
Custom-Made Wigs:
Since custom wigs are made to your exact specifications, all sales are final for custom orders. These are ineligible for returns or refunds.
