READY TO SHIP WIGS
100% Money Back Guarantee: Returns are accepted on our ready to ship wigs so you can shop with complete peace of mind. Please inform us asap after delivery if unsatisfied. Packages must be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Beyond 14 business days, returns will not be accepted.
CUSTOM MADE WIGS
All other wigs outside our ready to ship wigs are custom made to your specifications. In this case, you would have selected your preferred braided wig style, lace material, color and length. The braided wig will then be custom handmade for you in your chosen specifications. As a result, all sales are final with our custom made wigs thus ineligible for returns or refunds.
We provide detailed photos and videos of each wig from different angles on both mannequin and model, along with all necessary information to help customers make an informed decision. However, if you have any questions or need further clarification about the braided wig style, lace material, color, or any other specifications before placing your order, please feel free to contact us via chat or email. Our team is here to assist you and ensure you make the best choice for your needs.
Return Procedure for Ready to Ship Wigs
Please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery to make a return request. Ensure to state your reasons for the return and include pictures to support this. Once your email has been received, a customer advisor will review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
Once return address has been provided to you, please proceed to ship the wig back to us with 14 days of initial delivery. Please note, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our factory. We recommend using a reliable shipping courier, if possible, insure the package, as we would only be able refund items delivered to our factory. Additionally, please provide us with the tracking number so we can keep an eye of the package as it transits to us, we recommend the customer does the same.
You will be informed as soon as we have received your return package. It will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions;
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure it is unworn and undamaged, tags and excess lace still intact (not cut off) and no make up stain, unwashed - the wig should not be washed or treated with any products.
Meeting these conditions helps us process your return smoothly and efficiently.
Upon receiving your returned wig at our factory, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions. Here’s what you need to know:
- Inspection: The wig will be examined to confirm that it is in its original, unworn condition and packaging. This ensures that it meets our return standards.

Refund Issuance: If the wig meets our return conditions, it will be accepted and approved for refund. Refunds are processed into the original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please contact us after 7 days if you have not received refund.
- Non-Compliance: If the wig does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to explain the reason.

Wrong or Defective Product on ALL wigs
In the event you receive a wrong order, example, you ordered a cornrow braid wig but you received a box braids wig, we will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to our factory. Although this rarely happens, in the case of a defect from us, please notify us, we would deal with the issue accordingly. It is important to note that occasional tiny pin holes on the excess lace of the wig is not regarded as a defect. This is because in order for us to braid the wig perfectly, we need to pin the excess lace down to the mannequin head to give us a nice round canvas to work on. These pins sometimes result in tiny holes on the excess lace at the front or back. The excess lace will be cut off before the wig is installed anyway, thus it does not affect the quality of the wig itself.
