The handcrafting process of braided wigs varies, usually within 7-10 for less complicated styles and 15-25 business days for other complex custom made wigs.
Ready to ship wigs are some of our popular braided wigs that are custom handmade in small batches to cut down processing times thus usually dispatches within 3 business days when available in stock.
Please see the processing timeline stated on the product page of each wig to know when your unit will dispatch. After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing the details of your order including tracking number. In the event of any delays with shipping, we will notify you promptly.

Ready to ship: All wigs in this category ships within 3 business days after purchase.
Rush order: Some wigs are available for this service. If the “Rush Order Service” is ordered alongside a wig, we immediately place the order in priority and handcraft the wig within 5 business days.
Shipping address: We do not ship to P.O. Box address. Please ensure to carefully check your delivery address before placing an order. We would not be responsible if you did not receive your order because you provided an incorrect delivery address.
Custom Fees: These fees are charged by the country of delivery. Fees charged, if any, are usually based on the item ordered and total amount of order. Please note that custom fees are additional fees not included in the order and customers are responsible for paying these fees, which are usually charged at the time of delivery.
