It is important to maintain your braid wig sufficiently to ensure it lasts for the duration of the warranty and beyond. Luckily, braid wigs are pretty low maintenance thus can be easily kept in good shape whilst you get the best value for your money

Our braided wigs are folded nicely in our branded satin bag to ensure compact packaging. Once you receive your package, take out the unit and finger comb through the braid strands. This process will get rid of any temporal fold lines or wrinkles attained during transit and straighten it back to its normal form

Washing: Prepare a bowl of lukewarm water mixed with your choice of shampoo. Dip your braid wig into the mixture and gently wash the braid strands. Apply a generous amount of conditioner, then rinse out. Leave-in conditioner can also be used

Drying: Under direct sunlight is the best way to dry your braid wigs, however if no sunlight, it can simply be left in an open-air space to completely air dry. Blow drying your braids wig is also acceptable, although not a recommended method as it can result it hair frizz if done frequently. Apply hair mousse to avoid fray hairs and oil-sheen spray for shine

Storage: Braided wig should be kept in an upright position. It can be placed on a mannequin head or a wig hanger. This position ensures the individual braid strands are straight, intact and in shape, reduces the risk of tangling or frizz and allows adequate air ventilation around the wig

Please don't do the following

Do not wash rigorously, it is not necessary and may damage the unit

Do not towel dry, air/sun dry only

Do not sleep with your braid wig on as this results in the appearance of frayed hairs

Do not dye, color or apply excessive heat. Braid wigs are made using kanekalon synthetic fibre braiding extensions. Chemical process or hair straighteners will damage the braids.

Ready to ship: We sometimes have some units that are available to ship immediately. These units ship within 24 hours after purchase

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase. Cancellation request after 48 hours will attract a 10% cancellation fee. Orders are no longer eligible for cancellation after the 3rd day of purchase because processing of the unit would have begun

Please note for your return to be accepted, it must be sent back in the original condition it was delivered (excess lace still intact i.e not cut off) wig unwashed and unused
